Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this site and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from it.

Corners4 may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.

Checkout and payment are handled by UltraCart, our commerce provider. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes, duties or shipping charged at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an error has occurred. If we do, you will be refunded in full.

Each Corners4 set is machined for one specific iPhone body. It is your responsibility to select the set that matches your device. Sets are not interchangeable between devices — a set for a rounded-rail iPhone will not sit correctly on a flat-rail one.

Corners4 protect the corners of a phone. They are not a full-body case, they do not shield the middle of the rear glass from a direct impact, and they add no water resistance. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a phone fitted with Corners4 cannot be damaged.

Products carry a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date, set out in full on the warranty page. Returns and refunds are governed by the shipping and returns page. Both form part of these terms.

The Corners4 name, logo, product designs, photography, site design and copy are owned by Corners4 or its licensors and are protected by law.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any of it without written permission. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to any Corners4 intellectual property.

iPhone and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Corners4 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Device names are used only to identify compatibility.

• Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish site content in bulk.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corners4 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or of the products, including damage to a device fitted with the products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
