About the Skull ICONS

Each corner is a skull, cast in brass with the brow, cheekbone and jaw cut deep enough to hold a shadow, then plated and hand-finished so the recesses stay darker than the high points. The eyes are set with clear crystals, which is what stops the piece reading as a flat charm — they pick up a point of light as the phone moves. On a body this small the four of them are a large part of the outline, so they read as the object rather than as trim.
